Atrium Health Navicent Medical Group is recruiting for a fellowship trained Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join our practice in Central Georgia. As a faculty member of our department within the MFM division, they will join the regional practice to provide inpatient and outpatient care to high-risk obstetrical patients in Central Georgia. We are looking for a physician motivated to meet the highest possible standards of care and to partner in providing the best in evidence based safe care in a premier and highly respected environment. We are looking for candidates who are forward-thinking with a dedication to excellence.

The practice is supported by two fellowship trained physicians and two APPs, Ultrasound Sonographers, and experienced practice teammates. The department serves as the academic training center for 16 residents, along with medical students, through our faculty appointments within the Mercer University School of Medicine. We are the tertiary Ob/Gyn referral center for South & Central Georgia and the department consists of Generalist, MFM, Gyn Onc, Urogyn, REI, and MIGS teams. Faculty enjoy both the opportunity to educate future providers and building strong clinical practices. We collaborate with quality, academic, and research endeavors with our colleagues at both Atrium Health Wake Forest and Atrium Health-Charlotte. Faculty rank is awarded upon a combination of work experience, academic endeavors, and research experience.

Training and/or Experience Required
  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Active Georgia License or ability to obtain
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
