We are seeking a board-certified Neurologist with a particular interest of Headache or Vascular subspecialty to discover all that we can do when we bring healing hearts, inquisitive minds, and visionaries together in our Neurology team at Atrium Health Neurology in Gastonia, NC.

The Neurology Department at Atrium Health is a network of 70+ neurology providers that supports 15+ care locations across the greater Charlotte region. Atrium Health Neurology leads the Carolinas in advanced neurological care with treatment, research, rehabilitation and specialty programs and provides a level of expertise unmatched in the region. We are national leaders in the development of quality improvement and clinical outcomes programs in the neurosciences. The growing academic department brings exciting opportunities for innovative patient care, team-based care models, teaching and research.

  • Seeking experienced neurologist to practice comprehensive scope of neurology care with subspecialty interest in Headache or Vascular  
  • 100% outpatient.  No inpatient/hospital responsibilities 
  • Flexible schedule to include 32 clinical contact hours per week.

  • Neurology residency begins with its first class in July 2025 
  • Faculty appointments through Wake Forest School of Medicine available for those interested.   
Training and/or Experience Required
  • BE/BC in Neurology 
  • Able and willing to see patients with a wide variety of neurological disorders 
  • Seeking work-life balance in an area experiencing tremendous growth right outside of Charlotte
