- Comprehensive Patient Care
- Provide high-quality palliative care in both inpatient (80%) and outpatient (20%) settings
- Ensure optimal comfort and quality of life for patients
- Program Development
- Collaborate with the Wisconsin Medical Director to continue to develop and enhance the Palliative Medicine Program
- Collaborative Environment
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of Advanced Practice Providers, RNs, social workers, and chaplains
- Flexible Schedule & Shared Call
- Monday to Friday 8AM – 5PM
- Shared call with 10 physicians (average 1:8-9)

- Aurora BayCare Medical Center is a 167-bed full service hospital serving Green Bay and surrounding communities
- Advanced Technology & Innovation:
- Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
- Epic EMR
- Completion of an accredited Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship
- BE/BC in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
- Wisconsin License or ability to obtain licensure
