Join Atrium Health as a hybrid Hospice & Palliative Medicine Physician in Charlotte, NC—part of Advocate Health, one of the largest nonprofit integrated health systems in the country.

Highlights
  • Hospice & Palliative Medicine 
  • Geographic Focus: Mecklenburg County & Cabarrus County
  • Hybrid role, which will include community palliative & hospice and mixed locations (patient homes, Acute, SNFs, and Office)
  • Inpatient and Outpatient
  • Call 1:4 (with APC taking first call)
  • Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM
  • Four Physicians and 6 ACPs 
  • EPIC EMR
  • Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
  • Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
  • Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients

Training and/or Experience Required
  • Board Certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine required
  • Interest/Experience in medical education is preferred
