- 2-year salary guarantee starting at $453,710 - $453,710 + additional earning potential

- Clinic expansion in 2024, including new equipment additions
- 12 eye-lanes
- 2 OCT units, Visual Field units, Atlas 500 Retina camera, Lumenis laser
- Monday – Friday schedule
- Shared call (1:4)
- Practice includes clinical locations in Milwaukee and Port Washington, with hospital coverage in Grafton and Washington County, including Hartford.
- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
- Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
- Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency program
- Fellowship training welcome, not required
- BC/BE in Ophthalmology
