Spring 2027 Cohort Start

The projected start date is late April/early May. Applications for our Spring 2027 will be accepted through September 30, 2026. Required supplemental application elements are listed below. Once collected, these are to be attached within the online application and will not be accepted via email.

Required Application Attachments: Applications can NOT be edited after submission. Thus, please do not submit your application until you have all the materials ready. Any incomplete application will not be considered.

Satisfy program eligibility requirements by:

January 15, 2027
Completion of an accredited PA or NP master's or doctoral program
January 31, 2027
Pass the PA or NP National board examination
March 15, 2027
Obtain state licensure as a PA or APRN
Obtain DEA licensure
Successfully meet Advocate Health pre-employment requirements
Not all tracks offered in all markets
One-page Statement of Interest in postgraduate fellowship training in the specialty you are applying
Unofficial transcripts accepted for current student applicants
Three letters of recommendation are required for application. Please upload below.
  • Physician Colleague
  • APP Colleague – Mentor/Preceptor (all candidates)
  • APP Colleague – Faculty or Program Director (new grads, no experience) or Second APP Colleague (experienced APP)
APP preceptor, mentor, etc.
NP/PA Faculty Member (required for new graduates with no work experience)
APP mentor or colleague (recommended for those with working experience)
