Center for Advanced Practice Fellowship Application

Fall 2026 Cohort Start

The projected start date is late October/early November. Applications for our Fall 2026 start date will be posted to this website no later than early January 2026. Required supplemental application elements are listed below. Once collected, these are to be attached within the online application and will not be accepted via email.

Required Application Attachments: Applications can NOT be edited after submission. Thus, please do not submit your application until you have all the materials ready. Any incomplete application will not be considered.

Satisfy program eligibility requirements by:

August 15, 2026

Completion of an accredited PA or NP master's program

August 31, 2026

Pass the PA or NP National board examination

September 15, 2026

Obtain state licensure as a PA or NP
Obtain DEA licensure
Successfully pass the Atrium Health employment background check and drug screening
